By using the Ever Lane Style platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. This agreement is a legal contract between you and Ever Lane Style Inc. 2. Account & Registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through Ever Lane Style are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment must be made using one of the accepted methods displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We use third-party payment processors – your financial data is encrypted and secure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. Ever Lane Style is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

       Quick note: For digital products, delivery is considered complete at the moment of download or access.
    

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products. Most physical items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return shipping costs are covered by Ever Lane Style for defective or incorrect items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ever Lane Style website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Ever Lane Style or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever Lane Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
